Construction progress monitoring for financing purposes
ACONS undertakes periodical monitoring of the construction process including the assessment of the financial input of the client. This task comprises several on-site visits and submitting of the Monitoring & Progress Reports.

Our appraisers have over 10-years experience gained within financial institutions, consulting corporations and major property market players in Poland. It is primarily training-based and related to the delivery of numerous valuations of different kinds of properties of individual character.
We carry out valuations based on International Valuation Standards (IVS) which are most common standards applied for machinery valuations in Europe.
Moreover we strictly apply to the recommendations of the American Society of Appraisers, „ASA” as the most comprehensive knowledge source which sets out the theoretical rules as well as valuation methodology and practical formulae for the most detailed and correct machinery valuations.
